We reserve the right to alter this tariff without notification. Rates do not apply to Dec 24th - 27th Inclusive, Dec 29th - Jan 1st Inclusive, Cheltenham Race Week, Badminton Horse Trials Weekend. All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card number or by writing/e-mail directly to the hotel within 7 days of the initial telephone reservation. We reserve the right to charge in full for any confirmed reservations not taken up and/or to cancel without notice any unconfirmed reservations. Payment must be in full on departure unless prior credit arrangements have been confirmed in writing. Rooms are not available for occupation until after 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure. Late departures will be charged at the full daily rate. We accept Access. Visa, Cheques up to the value for the supporting guarantee card, 1 cheque per transaction, sterling travellers cheques and British currency. A valid credit card must be presented for pre-authorisation on check-in or cash deposit paid for the value of the stay.
