At Hatton Court our corporate facilities and meeting rooms can accommodate up to 200 delegates in our marquee, or up to 60 delegates in our bespoke conference facility within the main building.
The Severn and Malvern rooms are dedicated meeting/training rooms and are located on the lower ground floor with direct access to the rear garden and away from any distractions.

The Marquee is ideal as exhibition space and for large scale catered events. Located on the hotel's rear lawn, The Marquee has direct vehicular access, its own commercial kitchens, public washrooms and is completely self contained.

Executive Day Delegate – 8 hour package FROM £45.00 including:
As per Day Delegate plus breakfast canapés, complimentary secretarial service, 2 course restaurant lunch or working finger buffet.
Residential Delegate – 24 hour package FROM £99.00 including:
As per Day Delegate plus 3 course dinner in the Tara Restaurant, full English breakfast and overnight accommodation in a standard room.
Executive Residential Delegate – 24 hour package FROM £130.00 including:
As per Residential Delegate plus pre-dinner drink and à la carte 4 course dinner.
